I just emailed my pain managment doctor to get his approval. Its going to cost about $220 for the 2 month supply of meds. That includes shipping and the conversion from Euro to dollar.

MY PM Dr. is a good one and open minded. Let's see what he says. Trying this is a better alternative to raising my Namenda from 20mg to 40mg.
