It is indeed a very very poopy feeling. I got some help with klonopin for the jitters. I would choose the hospital as well Eva, if I had that choice. When it gets bad, I sit, lay down, read, sleep, whatever that makes me feel better. I cry when I have to. It is going to be OK. I am going to do this as I know I have prayers right here helping me every step of the way. Thank you for understanding about this withdrawl stuff. I had been on this medication for 10 years. When I went for that ride in the gulf, and suffered no pain at all, I knew that I had to do this. I just wish I could do it all at once, be put to sleep and be done with it. Wake up normal again....
