Hi everyone,

My name is Rob, I am 35 years old and I live in Holland. I have a lovely wife, two kids and a dog.

The main reason why I am here is my RSI. Well, I call it RSI because it mainly occurs when working at my computer and Inhave to call it something.

My complaints started about 10 years ago when I graduated and started working at bank (I still work there today). My complaints began in my right arm but got worse over the years. I now have complaints in my hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, neck, back and legs.

I have tried about any therapy you can think of and nothing really helped. doctors never found anything wrong with me.

Taking my rest and sports gives me a bit of control over my complaints.
