Hi Gordie ~ What "mishap" are you talking about? Did you have an accident of some sort?

This sounds like some sort of radiculopathy from some injury, and I don't know what. Do you type alot? It could be a repetitive strain injury, or something like carpal tunnel. That CAN zap you all the way to your shoulder! I had carpal tunnel and my elbow was HORRIBLY painful !!! Once I had the release surgery, I was just fine.

But your neurosurgeon will have to figure it out I'm afraid. I'm just not sure about this. It could be altogether something else.
