As far as improving and then the headaches coming back, you may be pushing yourself too hard...although I completely understand the drive to prepare yourself for school, and see where your new limits might be.

I DO have the same issues as far as standing up for long periods of time as well as walking quickly. I find also that going up two small flights of stairs in the two story building I work at makes me red-faced and winded.

Not quite sure what to do about it, but makes me feel less crazy that someone else is experiencing this. I didn't want to post about it because I thought maybe I was just overthinking things. I am glad you posted, and hope that you continue to improve, despite the return of some of your symptoms.
