Default Dystonia in Toddler- Meds?

My 2 year old daughter had a basal ganilia stroke in April. Last week (Aug 28) she had to go into surgery to reverse her illeostomy and place a gtube and was put under anesthesia and then given dilaudid and then morphine after surgery for pain for 3 days and then we switch to oxy. She has not had oxy since Sunday (4 days). Her distonia is so much worst, even painful than it was before. She was also put on labeterol, a blood pressure med since her blood pressure was elevated when in the hospital. She isn't on any other medicines besides for a little dose of long acting insulin that she has been on since April and the dose had dramatically decrease to almost nothing as her panceas has healed.

I was wondering if anyone else has any thoughts on if the anesthesia, pain meds could make her dystonia worst for a while or if blood pressure medicines could be causing it. She cant rest. She tries to sleep and gets waken from her body and gags and sometimes throws up. We have been up until 4 am all week and she is barely sleeping for naps.

I appreicate any help, thoughts, advice. I hate watching my little girl in so much pain and unconfortable.
