I bought a pair of those Chinese exercise balls off of Amazon for 5.25 and shipping was free, so I'm not out much if I don't like them.

They just came and I played with them a little bit. I have no coordination.

The card in the box says," The Chinese exercise balls are designed for the exercise of hands, which could improve hand dexterity and strength, as well as to strengthen the nervous and circulatory systems." We'll see what happens.

I'll give a report after I use them for a while, whether it's thumbs up, or just flare up.
