I am been on a cooking kick when I'm not trimming bushes. Found a recipe for chicken thighs in the slow cooker that we love...but it's a very strange combination...hot salsa, coconut milk, chrunchy peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, and white sugar...cook 9 hrs and serve over white rice. I have a garden full of green peppers...wonder if the leftovers would be good stuffed in them and baked?
