I'll do the best I can but there are a couple of things I'm not familiar with:

Limpomatotsis -- there is NO definition for that in the medication dictionary available at the top here at NeuroTalk. And I've never heard of it either.

You have a disc bulge at T12-L1. It doesn't impinge on the cord which is good, but you have a congenital narrowing of the spinal canal.

You have a disc bulge at L4-5 with mild spinal canal stanosis (narrowing of the spinal canal.

They don't say how bad your congenital spinal canal narrowing is, so it's hard to determine if you're a candidate for surgery, but based on this MRI report, I would say NO. But I am NO DOCTOR so you should get another opinion from another doctor or two!!!
