Well, alot of people dont like the way I did it, but it works! I took the HCG drops. I was still able to take all my MS meds and shots. The only difference is that with meds, you lose weight slower. This was perfect for me because I cant exercise, and on this your not allowed to exercise. I went from 192 pounds in February to 152 pounds this month. Im smaller than I was at my wedding 5 yrs ago. Not everyone likes the idea of this diet, some run from it because of its limited calories, but IMHO, its worth it! It has taught me how to eat healthier and to reallly take notice of all the crap they put in foods out there. We no longer eat processed foods. I do alot of homemade cooking and baking. More fresh veggies, no canned. I actually enjoy cooking now. Also, we no longer drink pop. So much sugar in foods that you really dont need. I have also gone vegetarian to try and help decrease the inflammation in my body. No harm, right?
