A neuro can't offer much in the way of specific treatment besides teaching you how to manage you symptoms. You may be prescribed some medication. It all depends on the experience and knowledge of the neuro. Most do not have much special expertise in Post Concussion Syndrome.

You may be referred to other specialists for vision or balance/hearing.

I am not surprised your CT was negative. Your symptoms do not suggest anything that would show up on a CT. Avoid future CT's if you can. The radiation from a CT is quite high.

As many have commented, the combined PCS knowledge of the people here likely match that of most neuros.
