What is yalls experience on steriods?? I am on day three (had IVIG for almost a year now, with pretty great success), but with this recent flare, we decided we'd try steroids for the first time.
I started out with 60mg, and felt like I was gonna kill over (heart racing jittery etc).. I took 40mg yesterday and today.. but I sware I feel like I'm actually feeling weaker- from speech and all the rest (mostly proximal) weakness. I am due for my IVIG tomorrow as well, so that could be it, but I thought i'd feel better with steroids!!?! is this normal to feel worse before better?
