Sounds like to me you have been approved. I would wait for the "approval" letter before assigning yourself a password like the letter states.

As far as getting your password letter first remember.....
when dealing w/the government, "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing."

If you elected direct deposit, check your bank account. It's possible your $$$$ (back pay?) has already been deposited.
