Carebear, I wish I could eat Kale. There was some served at the hospital today where I had a test, and I was mooning for it. But I can't eat it because of high sulfur content and my Porphyria. I sometimes really long for a salad. But I am able to eat some tomato, and tidbits of celery. I love avocado but find it too fat, even though it's good fat, and Dr. Swank predicted this about avocado when writing his book. For dinner I had broiled chicken, a baked apple, and a small tomato. Good girl.
