Welcome, fellow TOSer!!!
So sorry to hear you have TOS. It's a struggle to live with.
I've had TOS since 2000 (MVA).
It's no picnic.
Make sur your therapist knows TOS treatments and won't make your symptoms worse. If they know, you're in good hands. If they don't, be very careful.
I did not get better for years. 7 1/2 years of hell.
I never stopped working. Keyboarding is not TOS friendly.
I learned while laying around, keeping my palms turned up helped me.
Balloons also were helpful for propping my arms up.
So many things. Kinesiology tape. Yoga. Stretches, water, Theracane.
What helped me most were LED and infra red light therapy pads.
Let's of psts and info here.
Keep a diary of everything to find patterns to help you.
Find the TOS forum. Keep asking questions.
Hang in there... You're not alone here. We truly understand.
