Confused maybe not sleeping is changing my moods
Hi,

Las night and the night before I had about 4.5 and 5 hours of sleep. Maybe not sleeping is making me un-depressed.

. . . .or not. . . . . I feel different and I am not sure if it is good or bad.

Very confused.
