Default Can you have anti MUSK and anti AchR?

I was diagnosed with ant achr mg, based on this bloodtest.
However, I started reading about anti musk, and wonder if I dont have this rather then anti achr.
First, my first symptoms whererted troubles with chewing and swallowing, smiling and talking, then breathing. Months later the arms, legs, hands joined in, and it wasn't until 2 years after my diagnosis I had m first droopy eye (party, first time MG face!). I read it is typical for achr to start with the eyes, and musk with chewing / swallowing.

Second, I don't get a reaction on mestinon. 3 times 30 mg does the same for me as my usual dosage of 6 x 90 mestinon.

Third, I dont seem to get stable I have it for almost 3 years now, but azathioprin, cellcept, it just doesnt do anything. The prednison (hate it!) saved my life, but Im still feeling very weak. I spend most of my time lying, or in a wheelchair. Most if the times i cant even go on the internet, because my hands are to weak to lift the ipad or type.

Anyway, is it possible to have anti musk, next to anti achr?
And second, what medicine do they try on musk patients?

Thanks.
