I am sorry you are having such anxiety issues. I don't know if I can help, but I have kind of an unusual way of looking at life. I consider it an adventure, and just maybe there will be an adventure much to our amazement in the next life. All of us get to find out, so I pretend I am Tom Sawyer on some raft, going to explore the great beyond. I am 61 this year. Not in the greatest shape, but not afraid either. I was at one time, until I figured out all of this is one huge adventure, which most of it is unexplored.
