Default Bizzzzzzziiiii!

It is good to read your thread. I will give my two cents....be kind to yourself. You are trying to do alot, too much maybe. I used to smoke cigarettes and drink. I tried for years to quit one or the other. Then I realized that quitting drinking was the bigger of the two problems due to my actions while intoxicated. I wasn't alcohol dependent but every time I drank, I was inebriated to numb out and not feel my feeling. So....I decided that the most important thing to change was the drinking. Then a long time later, the smoking, then the diet. These are all big things. Accept yourself as you are and have patience and remember Rome wasn't built in a day.
