Anyone with fascics should try improving magnesium status.

This can reduce the muscle sensitivity quite a bit since many people do not consume the RDA for magnesium anymore.

Other possibilities are MGUS, which thickens the blood.
And also CMT, which is genetic. CMTers may develop muscle wasting and other declining issues.
