in the UK orthotics departments make medical shoes from scratch to make them bigger etc. Have you tried looking at websites and seeing if insurance covers them? Do you need AFO's?
I only wear socks or nothing on my feet because they are too twisted for anything else but I know some people who either have their shoes made by orthotics, cobblers or buy them at specialist stores or wear sandals. I know quite a few RSDers that wear Crocs and swear by them (and great colours!!!) Because of the PN won't you need specialist shoes to overcome the numbness or something? or have I got the wrong disease?
I dunno - I'm not even on the planet at the moment.
