Its another freakinly beautiful sunny day out there again! and... another day-off for me... however, I'm on a role (roll?!! ) to get things done around here.

I'm on the ground floor so have opened all my doors and windows - the sun is shining in brightly... The Price is Right is on TV... have always loved that show!... noise on in the background... I hardly watch...

Walked a lovely trail in the woods yesterday... feeling the muscles a bit sore today... and that's ok!

The water is still warm in the pool... whooo-hooo!
