I will look up that site. If I can save just one person from having to loose all they have, it is worth the trouble to investigate. I got the runaround from more agienies than I can count. My own situation is horrible, SSDI and medicare/medicaid would not let me keep the money in a trust specifically to pay my taxes and keep me in this paid for family home. Nice HuH? After 30 years of work, I expected better. the lawyer we had knew nothing about medicare/medicaid law, as they are an entity unto themselves. I am loosing my home now, and I have no idea where I will wind up at. This wiped out what two generations saved for with 9 sugeries that I had, before I got disabiltiy.
