I found this thread very helpful as well. After dealing with tos for 15 or so years, it finally got the best of me and I decided on surgery. I had surgery back in June with Dr. Annest and Dr. Sanders in Denver. So far I've been doing very good. Back to work, slowly getting back into cycling and best of all back to being a husband and a dad. Working with the physical therapists from Denver, (I'm from Utah) has been invaluable. Dr Annest was awesome, and the recovery although hard and frustrating at times has been far better than the ordeal tos was before surgery.
