Ever since my head injury I've been having problems with being freezing cold almost all of the time, even in summer heat when everybody else is complaining of being too hot!
I have been spending most of my time wrapped in a blanket with a hot water bottle but I'm still shivering - it's like I'm cold to the core or something.
The only exception is when I've had a nap or wake up in the morning...I tend to be overheated then and covered in sweat.
I have a theory that it's due to inactivity...the fact that I just sit or lie in one position all day, does that sound right? Or is it something I should mention to my dr? I don't want to make him think I blame every symptom on the injury...
