I haven't been around here for awhile. I used to be at the other forum, and check in there onec in awhile, but don't see familiar names there.
I was dx with depression in 1977 after a lot of life things triggered it. I've had the fibro dx for about 6 years. I've also recently come to accept the bipolar 2 dx. It explains a lot in my life. I take Tegretal instead of Lamactil, plus an SSRI and other drugs. They make it possible for me to have a life.

After all this time, it still amazes me how I can get severe elbow pain (that's where it's been lately) for a couple of weeks, to the point that I'm sure something else is really wrong...............and then it just disappears for awhile.
It can make me crazy. Elbows, hips, lower back, and neck.

We all deserve a big hug.
