Default sjogren's and dental work

I have a history of lupus, but things have been good for a long time in that arena. I have low platelets for years and migraines too.

REcently I had oral surgery. I've had a low grade fever ever since. I went for a second opinion from an Oral Surgeon and he said give it a month to heal. He said this is unusual, but it sometimes happens.

Ok, so I went to the rheumatologist, just to see if some how, my lupus was active again. Found out the following:

I have sjogren's syndrome. I have had dry eyes for about one year, and dry mouth for about 1 month, never realizing the two things were related. Anyone have a dx of Sjorgen's Syndrome and have difficulty with oral surgery?
Any significant problems with dental issues in general?
