Has he checked for damage to the small fibre nerves ? I went through the same deal with my first neuro, his neuropathy knowledge was very little.
He only done a NCV and told me me he couldn't find anything wrong with my nerves.
The next [proper] neuro done thermal testing and found small fibre damage, the best test is a skin punch biopsy but we haven't got it here in OZ.
