Hi, i just wanted to update my situation. I went to a good oral surgeon in Manhattan, he got a PAN x ray and did a thorough mouth and gum exam and told me that everything looks fine, there is no loose bone, no infection and nothing. So actually I became sad when he mentioned that everything looks fine because i wanted him to find something and resolve the issue. So what do you think might be the cause of the burning tingling sensation in my extraction site which gets worse after any contact( any food or tongue). do you think its neuralgia? (though i dont have any mouth or face pain and its just burning tingling in extraction site gum line ) and who should i go to? can u suggest any treatments or anything ?
