So far the fava beans growing in the greenhouse are surviving the intense heat of the day (not even running a fan unless I'm working in there.) Got another raised bed made yesterday...it is beginning to look "lived in " now, instead of abandoned. It's about 80 feet long..still have half of it to go (chopping out weeds (for the 3rd or 4th time since April) and making more beds. Yesterday planted papaya seeds. I am doing a short presentation of my natural therapies research on Saturday Oct 20th at 11:00 for our support group here in East TN...interested in coming? Send a private message and let me know.
