I had a TBI in Sept 2007. I was doing well until some months ago, I
Got a new job ,paying lots a money then in a month I was terminated. I brushed my self off and got another job . In a matter of 6 weeks I lost my job again. This time I got some very useful info.
1. my retention is bad
2. I keep asking the same question I have been told the answers to before
3. I don't take notes "believe it or not I took maybe too much", problem I noticed was my notes are very unorganized, when I try to retrieved them I cant sometime understand them.

I am currently unemployed know with 1k+ monthly house payment + son plus... and hoping and praying to get back in the work place. A friend from church offered me a job "God bless is Soul", way way way less than I use to earn, But I just might take it ,to at least pay some of my bills and not loose my house.

I can't sleep. I just started to eat after 4 days of stress and worries. Does the law protect us even if we did not tell our employer that we had TBI, but at least told and showed the scares to our team members or work buddies? I worked as a consultant and did tell my Recruiter . So the consultant company was informed or at least knew. I don,t want to sue I just want back my career or Job.

Think I have a case to at least get my job back ?
Does anyone know if there is a chance for anything for the TBI folks?
