Does the law protect us even if we did not tell our employer that we had TBI, but at least told and showed the scares to our team members or work buddies? I worked as a consultant and did tell my Recruiter . So the consultant company was informed or at least knew. I don,t want to sue I just want back my career or Job.

Think I have a case to at least get my job back ?
Does anyone know if there is a chance for anything for the TBI folks?
I just read your post. I am interested in what replies you get. I am sort of going through the same but my employer knows I had a head injury but WC has denied it for now and my employer has changed my job requirements to try and prevent me from coming back. I also have orthopedic injuries I am treating for. I keep seeing post about ADA and mtbi that should be considered in your case, I just dont know about SOL.
What I plan to do if I end up terminated is to contact EEOC and file a claim asap and provide work notes from neuro about their recommendations that my employer didnt provide as well as proof they changed my job description just a month prior to shoulder surgery adding a lifting requirement(I dont normally lift for my job as a rule but sometimes I have equipment that need to be assembled or shipped etc) I do believe my employer can and should be able to easily have this handled by another employee, and I think the ADA rules would suggest this too) But I dont know the legal steps and employers are usually good at covering their tracks or making it too hard to fight,

Good luck to you, contact your local EEOC for starts
