I have a dr's appt Tues afternoon and I'm finishing up my letter to her. I have a couple more questions. Should I list every single symptom,pain,problem,things I can't do anymore,etc,like I will on the SSD application. If I do that then it's going to be long and I don't think she'll read it. Do my records and the ssd app have to match exactly as far as every single little detail.

Becasue I read that on the SSd app you want to list every single little thing about you.
