Mystery,

You have asked this question before. Yes, your injury as an infant is likely the cause of your migraines.

I am sorry to hear you are struggling to find a way to moderate your lifestyle to limit your symptoms. As you will likely continue to struggle, the best approach will be finding the limit so you can step away from the event before you have reached your trigger point.

I know I will have struggles after certain triggers. I plan ahead to have access to quiet rest to recover.

I wonder if there is a medication you can take to help you. Maybe a blood pressure med or an anxiolitic can help you tolerate these events better. The occasional use of a benzo anxiolotic for such events may work. Ask your doctor. The goal would be to only use it periodically.

Just an idea.
