I would limit the amount of rice. I still have a concern even if I can find an organic source because of the natural affinity of rice to absorb arsenic.

There are issues with soy also.

What about legumes and beans? Can you tolerate?

There is also a mycoprotein called Quorn that you may want to check out.

Looks like we are starting to pay the price for the pollution we are causing. It makes me sad.
