Thanks for these websites and everything. I know what asthma is all about however. I have seen first hand what it can do. My older sister has sever asthma and her oldest daughter has it too. The funny part is that my family always thought that I would be the first one to get it, but instead the last one. LOL! I know what causes me to go into an asthma attack and I know what my boundaries are. I have been avoiding those things that causes my asthma to get worse as much as I can. I mean I can't avoid going outside because I just have things I have to do every day like going to classes and everything. So there are some things I still have to deal with but I am learning to cope with it. Thanks again!
