Actually, welcome to NeuroTalk. I am sorry to hear of your crash and injury. I am glad you are here to post a comment.
If I understand you, your biggest struggle is a vertigo and possibly a fainting/syncope. What have you tried so far to deal with these events? Have you been checked by a vestibular specialist?
btw, They call it an mTBI because you must have had a decent Glascow Coma Score in the ER.
You can help us out by putting a bunch of double spaces in your posts. A double space every five lines helps some of us find the start of the next line.
The visual problems from PCS can be a problem.
