I will say that I have two dogs copper my dachshaund and kalua my boxer. They help me recover so much. When I am stuck home in pain or recoverying from a procedure or surgery it is so wonderful to have them laying in my bed when I'm alone and my family is continueing their normal schedule when I can't. I truely believe they help me cope!

I have that same experience! My dog knows when Im in pain or weak or whatever. He comforts me, keeps me warm, really helps me.
