I'll see if I can help you here:

C5-6 You have a ridge with bone spurs plus left sided joint overgrowth. This results in a bit of spinal canal narrowing.

C6-7 Rear disc space narrowing

This is an EXCELLENT MRI. I don't doubt that you have some pain. But this would NOT call for any surgery at this time. If your pain is something that you cannot handle, then I would see a pain management doctor at a clinic. They can do procedures and prescibe medication to help with the pain.
