I decided that it is easier being on a diet and not drinking...extra calories and carbs. I am simply watching my carbohydrates...trying not to obsess over counting carbs although my french vanilla creamer in my coffee in the morning
has SO MUCH SUGAR!!!!!
I am trying to use less and use stevia sweetener instead. It has a different taste and I am trying to get used to it.
I think I am down 4 pounds.
I have a busy day today, work then dinner at jason's deli, they have a great salad bar. Then a night of jazz. We were given tickets so that will be fun!
I work tomorrow which I don't mind at all, helps to keep me focused and doing something productive instead of lounging around and wasting time.
My house needs desperate cleaning, I just am not up to it. I wish I could hire a cleaning lady....If I had thought about it I would have hired one while he was gone in August.
