Alicia,

I understand your frustration. Many here have gone through the same frustration. Avoid the temptation to try an activity. You are at an age where social activities are a big part of your life. There is nothing that can be done to change this timing. You will only get past this time by avoiding the activities and stressors until you are head ache free for a couple of weeks straight. Then, you can slowly start adding a simple activity than wait to see if you have a return of symptoms.

You would likely do better not being at school at all. Boring? YES. But it may be your best way to recover. Even what appears to be "tolerable" stress is still a stress on your brain. It is like being a little bit pregnant. You can't do it. You are either under stress or you are not.

So, vent your frustrations here while you avoid stress. We will support you for doing the right things.

My best to you.
