My PT has me doing stuff from edgelow and the denver protocol, a lot of nerve glides, and many stretching exercises to loosen up.
I didn't do any strength training until about two weeks ago, and I started PT in May.
I should also add that I have a personal trainer three times a week who does many of the edgelow and denver exercises with me as well. so I am doing the work six days a week.
