I'm so sorry to hear about your week. I have a feeling your docs and paramedics might be right about the TIAs.

They should have investigated a proper cause though. You might have a neck injury or a whiplash, which is causing your TIA symptoms and spasms. Neck pain can feel like a very bad headache. You should look up the symptoms of whiplash and see if they fit.

You really need to get proper treatment because you shouldn't need to be going through this. Even a very minor accident can cause whiplash because the neck is very easy to damage.

Your brain is struggling from the decrease in blood flow from your tense neck, also the neck has input on certain areas of the brain which control blood pressure and breathing. This might also explain your high blood pressure.

Please get some therapy for your neck as soon as you can, and stay away from any medication that might interfere with your blood pressure,
