I would definetly be worried about a TIA. Also, not sure of your age... But you may have some carotid stenosis (narrowing of the vessels in the neck) that causes decrease blood flow to the brain. You should have a CT angio of the head and neck to visualize carotids as well....make sure they are using contrast in the CT. The intital one you had is usually a non contrast head ct when they are questioning stroke. Also an MRI/MRA may also be a good idea. this is an MRI where they also use contrast....again to better visualize vessels and possibly narrowing. Hopefully you find answers soon. Suffered a TBI with PCS on April 25th 2011 from multiple blows to the head from falling, unconscious for 12 hours with no memory of event. Hit the back of my head, and above right eye. MRI and CT negative. Symptoms included constant headaches (migraine, pressure, tension, icepicks), dizziness, tinnitus, visual changes, photophobia, fatigue, "spacing out", word finding difficulties, depression, and emotional lability.

Ive been symptom free since July 2012. Very happy, positive, energetic and working out every day, doing yoga, and living a normal life again!
