Nary a clue. We're not doctors, and there are just too many variables. It may take your doctor, or another specialist s/he sends you to, to figure it out as well; these things (proper
diagnosis, which means an educated guess) can take some time. Further imaging (MRI?) and tests may be warranted. You may also be sent for a round of physical therapy.
To help your doctor help you, start a
pain journal (Google:
pain journal or
pain diary for examples/templates to download, and articles on how to keep one). In this, you'll record anything & everything associated with this pain; everything is a clue to find the correct reason.
Until you see your doctor, listen to what your body is telling you, don't overdo things and exacerbate the problem, and try to relax. Take it easy and try not to dwell or worry; stress is never helpful, and counterproductive to healing.
