Welcome to NeuroTalk. The struggles you mention are all common to Post Concussion Syndrome. There are other things that can cause these symptoms, too.

Do you or have you played sports? What sports?

Hormones can also cause some symptoms like these.

Have you had any surgery that required general anesthesia? Any high fevers? Drug and/or alcohol use?

Are you sleeping well? Waking up refreshed and ready to take on the day without needing an infusion of caffeine? Exhaustion/fatigue can cause these same symptoms.
