Take the B12 right when you get up. Wait 1/2 hr and then take the lipoic. Nexium takes hours to get going on the other hand.

You can take it every day at the same time, say, before lunch.
It is enteric coated, and doesn't release until it hits the intestines.
The inert ingredients might impair the B12, but not the lipoic IMO.

B12 is best taken away from fiber, and even though Nexium is a small amount of fiber, it may attract the micrograms of B12.
