B12 is best taken away from fiber, and even though Nexium is a small amount of fiber, it may attract the micrograms of B12.

I take my Synthroid first thing in the morning. I had been taking B12 and R-Lipoic at the same time. Now, I will hve to separate them. Perhaps, I can just shorten to 30 minutes (instead of 1 hour) the gap between Synthroid and B12. Is it fine Mrs. D to take Nexium before bedtime with milk instead of before lunchtime. Unless, Nexium could be taken with Gabapentin at lunchtime (1 take gaba 3x a day).
