Default I had a dream of having a seizure while taking an afternoon nap (was in a in a sleep

So, little backstory,
I had my first seizure in January 2012. I believe the seizure was caused by a bad ecstasy pill I took, as my city had a bad batch of pills come in which were laced with PMMA around the time. Anyway, I went to the hospital that night and they pumped with some benzodiazepines. When I got back home I felt fine. Everything was normal. Skip ahead a couple of weeks and the results of my first EEG came back. Doctor told me has reluctant to diagnose epilepsy but he did say there was a slight epileptic dysrhythmia (or something to that affect, I dont quite remember the exact term for but it he did describe it as epileptic patterns in my brainwaves).

On the other hand, I felt the same before and after the seizure. Two more EEGs in May and August confirmed the dysrhythmia was still there, but the doctor still didnt want to make the diagnosis. Let me tell you that this was my senior year in high school, so I smoked marijuana heavily, cigarettes, took mushrooms multiple times, tried LSD, smoked salvia, I even took adderall to help with finals (Hey, I was young don't judge me, I haven't been smoking anything since July considering Im now studying physics at a top 30 university). I tried all those drugs before having my seizure so I kind of brushed off the dysrhythmia as something I've always had, considering nothing changed from before and after the seizure.
Throughout this whole time I've never felt anything the doctor has warned me about, like strange smells, losing focus, zoning out for a second, etc.
So why I am posting? Well it was midterms week and of course I took adderall a couple of times to help with focus, and felt no negative effects. Today however, I was really tired from my late night study sessions (I'm still working on finding the right study patterns), and when I got home I decided to take a nap. Well something strange happened during this nap. Have you ever taken an afternoon nap and felt half awake/half asleep?

That is how I felt and during this time I dreamed of having seizure! Its hard to describe but I just felt immense cluster**** in my head accompanied with a ringing. I "woke" up (this will be clear in a second) from this seizure and stumbled around in my room, with blacked out vision in one eye that slowly returned to normal. I promptly took to google to search what just happened to me, lost interest and went back to sleep. Then again the ringing and cluster****! This time, however, when I "woke" up I found myself in a sleep paralysis state, feeling extremely disoriented. What I first noticed was that I was in the same position I fell asleep as the first time I fell asleep before the first dream seizure!

I hallucinated the whole seizure from waking up disoriented to checking the internet. This is confirmed because my internet history reveals no sites accessed during that time. Very strange indeed. Anyway I struggle to wake up and when I finally get out of that sleep paralysis state I find I just feel very... out of it. Even more so than when I had the first seizure. My first thought was this was caused by lack of sleep, the night before I was also very tired and had a ringing in my ears that went away if I slept on my side, didnt think much of it. After some google search, I find that it could be caused by an infection in the neck, mouth, ear, basically anywhere close to the brain. I think this may also be a potential cause, as I have been pretty sick lately (coughing, sinuses, soar throat, mucus, swollen thyroid).
I went to the doctor a week ago and he had me do a blood test to check if my thyroid was okay and it came back normal. So my theory is that it was caused by a mix of the three; being sick, being very tired, and the epileptic dysrhythmia, but I still have looming feelings that there's something horribly wrong with me (like a disease or cancer or something). I reach out to reddit for support.
If anyone has had something similar happen to them or if anyone knows any other potential causes please let me know!
TL;DR Dreamed of having a full seizure in my sleep, including dreaming that I woke up and google searching what just happened.
