Yes, many of us take B12 and R-Lipoic Acid (RLA). B12 is best taken alone on an empty stomach, but you should be able to take the RLA with the rest of your supplements.
I'm not particular about brands, as long as they're known to me as reputable. I buy whatever brand I can get the best deal on at the time of ordering (it's a highly competitive business/market, so deals/sales are common).
I would just make sure it's the
stabilized form of RLA as it's less sensitive to humidity, and is allegedly better absorbed.
